We observed this gap firsthand. We saw countless talented job seekers failing to secure dream roles because they lacked essential professional tools like MS Excel and Word, or missed out on career launches because they couldn't access advanced, certified skills like WordPress, Shopify eCommerce, or Full Stack Development.
